Our Journey Toward Precision and Quality
FINSØ’s journey began more than 25 years ago with a clear purpose: to deliver precision solutions capable of handling even the most complex challenges in the industry.

The company was founded in 1997 by two dedicated and entrepreneurial machinists, Finn Jørgensen and Søren Walz. They laid the foundation for the core values we still live by today: innovation, precision, reliability, and integrity.

In 2023, FINSØ expanded its partnership with Production Manager Rene Tygesen, and in 2024, Jesper Brix joined as a new partner and Chief Operating Officer, marking the beginning of a new era for the company—where tradition and innovation merge to strengthen the future.

Today, FINSØ is a well-established company in Southern Jutland with around 30 dedicated employees—mainly skilled industrial technicians, as well as apprentices and administrative staff. Many of our employees started as apprentices with us and chose to stay, developing their skills and careers within the company. Our team shares a deep passion for craftsmanship and works every day with the same humility and commitment that the company was founded on. Our goal is to be the best workplace in the region—and we’re well on our way.

FINSØ offers advanced CNC machining, 3D parts Done-in-One, welding, surface treatment, and assembly of components, spare parts, units, and complete machines of high quality for many different industries and purposes.
