3F is the United Federation of Trade Unions and organizes both unskilled and skilled workers. 3F is also Denmark's largest trade union, with approximately 262,339 members (as of March 2023), distributed across 61 local branches.


3F is a community that ensures the rights of its members and provides them with opportunities to influence developments in the labour market and in their own lives.

Member democracy is important to us and every vote counts. As a member, you have the right to attend all general meetings in your local branch.

As Denmark's largest trade union, we work to develop and improve the working lives of our many members. 3F also negotiates collective agreements on your behalf to ensure that you stand stronger at work.
