We are are looking for a second chef for the summer period in 2023 - 10/06 - 20/09. Small, exclusive hotel with 17 rooms/ junior suites. High standard menus/ 3-4 dishes in the evening. New nordic kitchen with local produce. No a-la-carte, no lunch. Working time from 13 - 21, 6 days per week in a well equiped kitchen with experienced owners. Longer employment possible if interested.
