Main responsibilities:

• Participating in the setting up of the dining room, according to the characteristics of the service to be performed;
• Obtain information regarding the menu, the restaurant chart, the wine list and the organization of the work/distribution of tasks;
• Attend the customers in the dining room, ensuring the connection with the kitchen;
• Perform the bar/cafeteria services and the table service;
• Receive and attend to customers;
• Follow work safety norms;
• Handle customer complaints taking into account the need to ensure a good relational climate;
• Carry out the invoicing of the service provided.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the area (preferable);
• Good knowledge of English (compulsory), French/Spanish (preferable);
• Cordial, friendly and good presentation;
• Good communication skills, initiative and dynamism;
• Great sense of responsibility and team spirit;
• Capacity to organise and manage the daily work inherent to the position.

• Participar no arranjo da sala de refeições, de acordo com as características do serviço a executar;
• Obter as informações relativas à ementa, à carta de restaurante, à carta de vinhos e à organização do trabalho/distribuição de tarefas;
• Atender os clientes na sala de refeições, assegurando a ligação com a cozinha;
• Executa os serviços de bar/cafetaria e o serviço de mesa;
• Procede ao acolhimento e atendimento dos clientes;
• Seguir normas de segurança do trabalho;
• Encaminhar reclamações de clientes tendo em conta a necessidade de assegurar um bom clima relacional;
• Efetuar a faturação do serviço prestado.

Requisitos:

• Experiência comprovada na área (preferencial);
• Bons conhecimentos de língua inglesa (obrigatório), francesa/espanhola (preferencial);
• Cordial, simpático/a e boa apresentação;
• Boa capacidade de comunicação, iniciativa e dinamismo;
• Grande sentido de responsabilidade e Espírito de Equipa;
• Capacidade de organização e gestão do trabalho diário inerente ao cargo.
