Open position for experienced Valve Engineer EU-Citizen Bachelor
Xelvin BV (www.xelvin.com) is searching a experienced Valve Engineer with proven experience to be based in the Netherlands.
Our Client is a young and dynamic company specialized in manufacturing of valves, flanges and fittings. They create client specific products in small numbers. There are active in Chemical, Petrochemical and Offshore.
The office and the production department as well as testing and sales are all in the same building. And the atmosphere is informal.
Because of growth there is room for a:
Valve Engineer
Engineering consists of 3D designs of valves using Solid Works, based on international standards and customer specifications. The engineering department takes an important position in this company.
Function requirements:
• Bachelor mechanical engineering
• At least 3 years of experience as a Valve engineer
• experience with engineering tools (3D-CAD, PDM, FEM)
• Solid Works Experience is a plus
• communication skills
• Very good command of the English language (technical) spoken and written
• experience in the Oil, chemical and Gas &/or On/Offshore industry is an advantage
• the elaboration of detail drawings and parts lists
Conditions that you can expect from Xelvin:
Paid holiday days: 24 days per year
Public holiday days: max 7 per year.
Travel expense: 0,19/km for travelling from your house to work
Pension per year transferred to your personal Pension Fund, 2/3 paid by Xelvin and 1/3 paid by Employee.
