Specialized in sales activities, the Telesales Agent performs all type of sales activities – such as B2C, B2B direct sales, lead generation, cross-selling, … .

The Telesales Agent is responsible for meeting or exceeding company and client performance metrics (quality and quantity measured).

 (S)He assures a strict and correct follow up of all interactions with customers

The Telesales Agent aims for results, using his sales abilities, sales techniques and the aid of all tools available.

Responsibilities:

•  Achieving the requested operational targets:

  • Number of sales
  • Calls/sales conversion ratio
  • Additional targets set by the client or the management team
  • Quality monitoring score
  • Cover the set goals in a professional and efficient way

 

•   Achieving the requested organizational targets:

  • Adherence
  • Absence rate
  • Schedule
  • Internal rules

 

•    Participating in ongoing and/or refresh trainings

  • Respecting operational procedures set by the client/company

 

Tasks:

  • Contacting customers (existing customers and new prospects) directly by phone or other media channels (inbound and/or outbound):
  1. to make direct sales of a product or a service using warm leads or cold leads
  2. to support field sales representatives by setting appointments or qualifying prospects (lead generation)
  3. to cross-sell: offering customers additional products or services when they call to place orders or subscribe for a service
  4. to carry out customer services duties by checking customers details, update contact records and to let customers know about new products or promotions that are relevant to their needs or preferences.
  • Detecting customers’ wants and needs and acting acurate to gain customers’ trust
  • Handling all administrative tasks related to the sales activities.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Relevant work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing
  • Very good knowledge of Dutch and a good knowledge of English
