Technical project engineer

After an internal training you will work together with the commercial project manager on managing several projects. Your responsibilities will be:

1. Prepare documents for the Kick off Meeting (KOM)
2. Attend kick off meeting with customer together with commercial project manager
3. Prepare inquiries and orders for all components excluding instrumentation, electrical controls and material for construction
4. Finalize the order in cooperation with the commercial project manager
5. Prepare the P&I drawing
6. Attend meetings
7. Act as the co-contact person for projects
8. Assist during seminars and training
9. Prepare the bill of materials
10. Assist with in-house testing
11. Check the quality of goods purchased by the project department upon receipt
12. Monitor delivery time and quality of goods
13. Prepare and check technical documentation for projects such as P&ID and datasheets.
14. Production & editing of data books and instruction manuals
15. Registering of complaints and remarks in the complaints log according to ISO
16. Detailed photographing of packages

Job requirements:

• Bachelor of applied sciences
• Process experience is preferred
• Work experience is required
• Good level of written and oral English
• Team player
