The role is a combination of people responsibilities and delivering hands-on project work within our teams

  • Representing MobiLab towards and communicating with the customer
  • Translating customer requirements into technical acceptance criteria
  • Presenting the delivery outcomes to the customer and obtaining customer’s acceptance
  • Onboarding, mentoring, and supporting Cloud Engineers within your team
  • Enabling your team members to take ownership of their projects and tasks
  • Continuously improving the team’s technical know-how and delivery capability
  • Challenging the status quo and tackling complex customer problems together with your team
  • Collecting and acting on different work KPIs

THIS IS YOU

At heart you are a passionate team player, who respects the opinions of his colleagues, as:

  • You have a bachelor in IT Management, Business Informatics, Computer Science or a similar field
  • You have at minimum 2 years experience as a cloud engineer with Azure 
  • You have a minimum of 2 years of experience leading distributed and in-house teams
  • You have extensive experience with containers and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes
  • You have experience with cloud governance frameworks
  • You have extensive experience with automation and IaC (Terraform, Ansible)
  • You have experience with scripting languages like Bash, PowerShell, Python
  • You have experience in leading customer projects
  • You have extensive experience in handling and aligning multiple stakeholders within one project
  • You have already worked in agile teams and you know how to transfer your knowledge to your team members
  • You have experience using the Atlassian Suite (Confluence, Jira, etc.)
  • You speak fluently English, a plus but not a must: you speak German 
  • You share your knowledge with your teammates through documentation and pair with them in their task
  • You strive to proactively come up with creative solutions to solve complex customer problems
  • You like working in a cross-functional, multicultural, and agile working environment
