You will closely work with the talent team and contribute towards delivering the right talent in highly competitive workplace. Your typical day will include •Design and deliver a talent management strategy, talent pool management and succession planning approach for segment area •Engage leadership team in talent agenda, process and work with HR Business Partners in taking up talent initiatives •Facilitate recruitment activities for VP level in segment area •Own the succession planning, understand the current plan, implement change and work on the future pipeline to grow talent •Be responsible for governance of competency management and work on competency framework for critical job family areas (Design, Deployment) What we look for •Strong experience in key management/HR process, organizational development & effectiveness •Preferred experience in segment HR and/or talent management roles •Preferred project management competencies •Partnering skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with key stakeholders •Strong influencing and communication skills •Strongly driven, highly results-orientated, resilient and tenacious with a 'can-do’ approach and a continuous improvement mindset Please apply at your earliest convenience.
