Systems developer
As a Systems developer within Sigma MyTeam you get the opportunity to work with both small and big clients from different areas around Sweden. We work with several different techniques such as .NET (C#), Java, Javascript, Web development (HTML5, CSS) and other
At Sigma MyTeam you normally work as a part of a cross functional team. You might be a part of a team together with others such as project managers, architect, User Experience specialist and you, the developer. As a team you work together to deliver the best possible IT-solution to the client.
At Sigma MyTeam in Örebro you normally work inhouse at the Sigma office with other colleagues within Sigma MyTeam. We believe in collaboration and sharing of knowledge and working at the same office as colleagues is a part of that. Travelling and visiting clients is also a part of the job description as well as participating in project planning and pre sales.
For this position we require a degree within the IT field from a higher education. Experience from working with development in some form, for example .net and C# in Visual Studio or similar. For this position we’d like you to have 4+ years experience from working with development.
Experience from working in larger IT-projects with complex architecture together with several colleagues collaborating through some kind for version handling for example git is a big plus. Also knowledge and experience from working with agile methods such as scrum is also considered to be an advantage.
It is considered a big plus if you’re familiar with Swedish as a language or at least interested in learning Swedish since communication with colleagues and customers is a big part of the job.

Responsibilities
- Handling requirements from customers and transforming these to actionable tasks in development
- Development in some commonly used object-oriented language such as C#, Java, C++
- Participating in project estimation and pre sales from your view as the developer.
- Working closely together with other colleagues in projects, participating in daily scrum meetings workshops and retrospectives.
- Sharing and expanding knowledge together with colleagues within development and IT.
