Superintendents Dredging Works (M/F)

FUNCTION The superintendent is responsible for the execution of dredging work as per specifications and method statements. You organize the work, so everything is carried out to the required standards of safety and quality with a minimum of risk to persons and equipment. You are responsible for the most cost-effective method of execution and monitors daily the actual versus estimated output. You supervise the Captain on all operational planning and execution of dredging works, and seeks together with Captain, Technical Superintendent and Production Department for the most productive way of dredging, i.e. the right choice of cutter, suction heads, impellers, number of pumps, choice of dredging cycle, etc. You will be working on our projects worldwide.

PROFILE
Young Graduate Master in Civil Engineering (Construction, Geotechnics, Hydraulic)
Good command of English is essential
You are a team player and a good communicator
Training programme provided at head office and/or on sites
