Job Description:

To plan and deliver a high standard of evidence based individualised care.
To work effectively and efficiently in terms of time management, personal organisation and adherence to organisational procedures and work structures.
To lead and manage performance of the Nursing Auxiliary staff.
To cultivate positive relationships with residents and facilitate autonomy.
To participate in quality development and audit.
To reflect in practice the mission statement of the organisation through the provision of responsible, empathetic and professional health care.

Ideal Candidate:

Must be currently registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (P.I.N).
Have excellent clinical skills and be highly motivated.
Have very good English.
Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Have the ability to work well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
