Job Description
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the spa while providing excellent customer service
- Providing high quality services, programming and organizing treatment plans
- Promoting and selling spa services and products
- Achieving commercial and quality goals
- Compliance with company’s policies and procedures
- Guiding, supervising and motivating Spa team
- Managing customer complaints
- Effective communication with other departments of the hotel
Requirements
- Degree from a University, Technological Educational Institute, or degree from Institute in Business Administration, Aesthetics, Physiotherapy, or a related field
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Proficient in computers
- Strong communication skills and team spirit
- Customer-oriented mindset and sales ability
- Previous experience in similar positions and knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered an
