• Planning, coordination and supervision of the kitchen service, complying with the established standards and procedures;
• Verification of the characteristics and quality of the food and associated products;
• Receiving the products assigned to the function and verifying their conformity with the order forms;
• Preparation of the mise en place;
• Preparation of the necessary daily orders assigned to the function;
• Transmission of the orders made by room service to the other team members;
• Preparing and serving the dishes;
• Collaboration with the Chef and the rest of the team in the preparation of the dishes;
• Preparing menus in conjunction with the Chefs;
• Controlling the cleanliness of the kitchen;
• Supervising the work of team colleagues;
• Daily verification of the HACCP Plan.

• Passion for work and dedication, professionalism and capacity for teamwork, attention to detail and detail, friendliness, dynamism, willpower and the desire to be more and better at a professional level, always!
• Passion for cooking and food preparation and associated products;
• Good knowledge of H.A.C.C.P;
• Strong knowledge of Luxury Hospitality, applicable to your position.
