• Act in accordance with HACCP standards;
• Act in accordance with the Luxury Hospitality standards applicable to their function;
• Supervise the tidiness and cleanliness of the facilities assigned to the function;
• Receive clients, according to the standards imposed;
• Advising the best wines according to the chosen dishes and customers' tastes;
• Serving the wines and drinks during the customers' meals;
• Preparing the room in collaboration with the head waiter;
• Carry out the storage and rotation of existing stocks in the Wine Cellar.
