Software Test Engineer
QSpin is an engineering- and consulting company, specialised in embedded systems
development and process improvement for IT- or development organisations
We operate from Louvain-La-Neuve and Gent throughout the whole of the Benelux with
customers who are players at the following domains: space & avionics, medical
equipment & instruments, automotive, technical SW engineering, consumer products,
telecommunications and electronics.
Your Mission
- testing of software applications,
- participating in requirements definition and verification,
- defining strategies for user acceptance, System, Integration and Unit Testing,
- defining test plans, test scenarios and test metrics,
- executing test and managing test results,
- test automation.
Competencies
- Master or Bachelor in ICT (or equivalent by working experience),
- extensive experience in software testing,
- experience with automated testing tools (JUnit, Test Director, Quality Center, …),
- good knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Perl,...),
- knowledge in performance / stress / load testing,
- fluent in English
- experience in software development and Agile environments,
- ISTQB, ISEB, CSTE or Tmap certification.
