Exciting tasks await you:

  • Personnel and technical management of a team in logistics

  • Scheduling of employees and prioritisation in day-to-day business

  • Development and implementation of process optimisations within the team

  • Staff training and development meetings

  • Organisation and implementation of daily cycle counting and quarterly inventories

  • Ensuring proper storage and labelling of production materials

  • Supporting the team in the preparation of freight documents and customs documents

  • Coordinate shipments with USA (written and verbal communication in English)

  • Support in updating work instructions

  • Willingness to work 2 shifts

 

Your profile:

  • Completed training as a warehouse specialist or other technical training

  • Several years of experience in personnel and technical management of a team

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in logistics and experience in incoming goods inspection

  • Careful, independent and responsible way of working

  • Ability to work in a team and service orientation

  • Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English, both written and spoken

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft (Excel, Word)

  • IT and merchandise management skills, knowledge of SAP is desirable
