Waiter/Waitresses generally have the following duties and responsibilities:

• Greeting guests and stay attentive to their needs in the dining area
• Carrying out the mis-en-place, setting the tables according to the motto of the day, placing the drinks
• Constant control of the tables in terms of cleanliness and reordering requests
• Replenishment of stocks
• Implementation of hygiene regulations according the standards of the company
• Assistance with inventories
• Carrying out additional tasks delegated by the head waiter such as service in the specialty restaurant including wine advice
• Information to the head waiter in the event of incidents affecting his work area
• Cooperation and cooperation with the other departments.
• Integration into the overall team and its programs.
• Proven work experience as a Waiter or Waitress
• Flexible work hours.
• Ability to spend an extended period working in a standing position
• Ability to work in a group to support an excellent experience for all guests
• Ability to remain calm, patience and professional with difficult customers.
• Excellent presentation skills.
