There is currently a job opening “Service Desk Agent” in Athens Airport. As a Service Desk Agent, you will be responsible to handle any aspect of reservations and ticketing actions upon request from the passengers. If you are eager to offer excellent customer service by attending to passengers’ needs, this role is for you!
What you will do:
- Meet and greet passengers in a polite and friendly manner
- Provide guidance to passengers for check in, baggage drop off, connecting flight, arrival procedures
- Give accurate information on various queries including regulatory requirements and airport services
- Assist passengers of disrupted flights according to company’s policies and procedures
- Report on service inconsistencies, daily sales and shifts
- Promote Ancillary services to the passengers offered by the company
- Identify trends in passengers’ queries, complaints, requests and report them
- Liaise and work as a team with other departments to ensure passenger needs are met and served according to company’s standards
- Provide sales and shift reports daily in an accurate manner
You fit, if you cover the following requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Fluency in oral and written English
- Good knowledge of MS Office
And you have competence in:
- Communicating effectively in a structured manner
- Resolving issues with a customer-focused orientation
- Teamwork and collaboration
