Senior Enterprise Architect (m/f) - Job based in Luxembourg

Our Enterprise Architecture team helps clients refresh their enterprise architecture to support the new business direction, and leverages advances in technology areas such as cloud, mobile, digital, blockchain, and analytics in order to align business strategy and IT

You will have the opportunity to:

• Engage with top decision makers at key clients as regards how innovation and technology trends such as cloud, analytics, mobile, blockchain and API enable current business and IT imperatives as well as how they will impact their future
• Advise key stakeholders in the organization, both IT and business units, to identify key  strategic IT initiatives, and design IT strategy and transformation journey in alignment with business strategy
• Evaluate implications of architectural decisions, technology costs, benefits, and implementation requirements to business and IT Leadership
• Organize and lead pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal strategies
• Research emerging technologies and solutions to solve complex business problems and inventory them in Deloitte reference architectures for various industries
• Manage and mentor junior architects in delivering transformation projects

To fit in the role, you also have:

• 5+ years’ experience in transformation programs and have led teams that designed enterprise architecture in line with business and IT strategies
• A strong ability to understand business challenges and define fit-for-purpose solutions
• Knowledge of digital solutions and the platforms/packages and technologies used in your chosen industry (e.g., Financial Services, Public Sector, Logistics)
• The ability to work in collaboration with other team members and clients, providing technical leadership and vision as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks & standards such as TOGAF, Zachman, and Agile methodologies. Certifications are considered as a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to be able to build strong team and client relationships
• A fluent level of English or French, German is considered an asset
