applicants applying for this job will be offered accommodation in a fully furnished house or apartment with free WiFi

to  assist the senior kitchen management with the  production of food for 2 restaurants, bar  and banqueting for 150 people  

be organised and at all times fully au fais with the business demands of the company

assist and monitor portion and wastage controls and stock rotation

 monitor at all times the quality of cooked meals to ensure that the highest of standards are met

 co-ordinate and supervise staff under your control ensuring that presentation and quality are achieved and organise training where necessary

 maintain a good working relationship with other departments within the company

maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, HACCP, Health and Safety ensuring that all  regulatory requirements are adhered

 ensure that all records are completed accurately in line with the various statutory regulations

 to  report / log kitchen maintenance  and ensure that same is actioned

to attend company department meetings when requested to do so

any other reasonable requests made by management from time to time
