Senior Business Controller

Then you may be our new Senior Business Controller at Danfoss Global Services. You will become part of a dedicated team of business controllers who support the Global Services (GS) organisation. Controlling, developing and maintaining financial reporting and KPIs You will drive performance improvement projects and support the GS organisation in terms of financial topics related to the KPIs. Other key areas of responsibility are to: •actively follow up monthly on financial performance through analysis •develop the management information system for structured overview and follow-up on trends •support and manage projects across GS focus areas – ensure alignment and streamlining processes in collaboration with focus area management •responsible for coordinating the forecast process and continuously improve the process •validate and optimise internal procedures to ensure reliable data •develop and maintain valid financial reporting and KPIs •responsible for implementing controls and financial awareness throughout all GS locations and organisational levels ?Training of cost center responsibles ?Standard tools and reports ?DOPs At all times, you focus on providing correct and valid reports for decision making and as such you will have a unique opportunity to build a wide network across the Danfoss organisation. A strong analytic capacity with sound interpersonal skills You have solid experience as a business controller, senior financial accountant or auditor preferably from a large international company, and you hold a BSc or MSc in finance, accounting, economics or business administration. As such, you are a highly skilled user of Excel and more than familiar with HFM, SAP and BW. You have outstanding analytic capabilities, and you are willing to go the extra mile to secure the results. You have sound interpersonal skills and are comfortable in an environment which requires good change management skills. Furthermore, you have the willingness to change, you are well organised and a teamplayer. You can communicate in written and spoken English.
