Senior Backend Developer - Join Our Innovative Team
What is the job about?
We are looking for a passionate Senior Backend Developer to join our global team. In this role, you will take ownership of technical deliveries, drive software solution architecture, and mentor junior developers. You will be working with microservices, event sourcing, CQRS, K8S, and defensive programming on platforms based on Microsoft Azure Cloud and Ali Cloud. This position emphasizes developing roadmaps and processes for future activities and requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills.
Your main responsibilities:
- Take ownership of technical deliveries according to system and solutions architecture.
- Drive software solution architecture within limited scope.
- Participate in make/buy decisions and pioneer new technologies.
- Develop software according to specified software development processes, ensuring IT security and testability.
- Ensure system performance optimization and set quality standards for code review.
- Train and support developers and associate developers.
- Work effectively in teams and influence others across functions.
- Drive knowledge sharing and communities across the organization.
Your background:
We imagine that you have:
- Proven results supporting key initiatives in a large organization.
- Solid knowledge of best practices in relevant systems and local laws and regulations where applicable in solution development.
- Extensive experience in C# and .NET Core.
- A good understanding of Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with microservices, event sourcing, and CQRS.
- Experience within TDD and modern DevOps principles.
- Advanced English skills – both verbally and in writing.
