Beschrijving vacature
- accommodation in a fully furnished house and apartment with free WiFi is available to applicants
- applicants applying for this job must have experience of working in a busy food and beverage operation
- be competent in managing team of 45 co-workers
- report to the General Manager of the hotel and liaise with heads of departments to ensure the smooth running of the hotel and leisure centre
- be responsible for enhancing and maintaining the present high level of guest services and standards whilst creating a working environment that supports the company vision of excellence in hospitality at a 4* level
- ensure that at all times there are open and clear lines of communication between all departments of the company
- planning and organising the day to day operation of all departments with prudent rostering
- meeting and greeting guests and ensuring that all events / conferences run smoothly
- managing the company KPIs for food, beverage, banqueting, conference, general costs in line with budgetary targets
- to oversee /manage all stock management processes(with the company external stocktaker) including timely stock counts, line checks, wastage
- co-ordinate sales plans and all promotional activities with the GM
- liaise with the sales and marketing team and ensure that every opportunity is explored to increase sales in accommodation, food, beverage and leisure activities in line with the agreed sales and marketing budget
