Senior Agile Expert: Scrum Master/PO/Coach (f/m/d)

What to expect

• As an agile expert (f/d/m) in our projects you will work closely with one or more of our development teams together.
• You make sure that the developers have the best - within the given framework - possible chances to have to call up their full power.
• You carry agility, the agile manifesto and agile values in your heart and at the same time you are experienced enough to recognize when deviations from „the book“ are beneficial to the project.
• You can decide together with our teams whether Scrum, Kanban, ScrumBan, Flow or other frameworks are the best means to achieve the customer's goals.
• In your daily work you will support the team in making the required rituals/meetings/events as best and varied as possible.
• The rest of the time you use to work with our POs and customers to find out how agile values, ideas and methods can advance the specific project or organization. For this purpose you moderate workshops, use Impact mapping, story mapping or other ways to define product visions or to work out the next steps based on a design sprint.

What to provide

• You know agile values, understand and actively live them.
• Extensive experience in the IT industry, ideally as a developer or IT consultant.
• You can bring difficulties to the table in such a way that they are treated openly and respectfully and in the end your team knows at which points new paths will be taken, which you will accompany in the implementation.
• You are familiar with the principles of team dynamics and can rely on a large pool of communicative tools to fall back on.
• You find pleasure in working together with our new customers, who may or may not have experience with agile ideas coming from the IT industry, to explore in workshops and coaching sessions how the agile Mindset to areas that seem far away from the original.
• You can train and advise the customer. For this you bring a high communication ability and business fluent German language skills.
