Restaurant Supervisor
the 4* hotel is located 5kms from Galway city - 70 bedrooms, 2 restaurants, conference facilities for 200 and health and leisure centre
the company is offering accommodation in a fully furnished apartment with WiFi included
applicants applying for this position must have at least 2 years experience working in a food and beverage supervisory role in the hotel industry
prepare the restaurants for opening / closing
have a strong knowledge of food and beverage control and revenue maximization
have a strong knowledge of food menu items, preparation and presentation
be able to lead and develop a team of full time and part time employees.
ensure that all employees are familiar with all products on offer
follow all standards outlined in the department Standard Operating Procedures
possess a strong knowledge of Food and Beverage service standards, quality presentation, health and safety and hygiene standards
to assist in the setting up and implementation of training records.
