Accountabilities
- Day to day contact with HMs, internal & external candidates and suppliers - by phone and email,
- Background checks for On-boarding process, Pre-Employment Screening,
- Raise all paperwork for contracts,
- Resolve helpdesk queries,
- Compile regular reports.
You will need:
- Good recruitment knowledge,
- To be able to manage multiple priorities and ideally have experience of managing team workload,
- A cool head and professional communication style - firm when needed,
- An analytical mind and practical approach to problem solving,
- Good Excel skills.
