Receptionist (M/F)
Is a professional who performs his tasks with a sense of responsibility, cooperation and rigor. It must comply with and ensure compliance with the Leading Hotels of the World service quality standards and procedures , in order to guarantee the provision of excellent customer service, satisfaction and loyalty.
The main tasks stand out:
Reception of our guests;
Ability to anticipate and exceed guest needs and expectations;
Daily check-in and check-out management ;
Management of Complaints and pacification of guests;
Concierge service;
Support for the reservation service whenever necessary.
It must strive for compliance, disclosure and respect, with regard to the mission, vision and values of the Bairro Alto Hotel.
It is an ambassador for the Hotel at all stages of our guests' stay.
CET in Accommodation Management and/or Degree in Hotel Management;
Knowledge and mastery of the English language and appreciation of other languages (French, German, Spanish, etc.);
Knowledge and mastery of Hotel Systems and Software (PMS and other management systems);
Minimum experience of 1 year in the role;
Schedule Flexibility;
Attention to detail and detail;
Orientation towards customer service and excellent service;
Upselling capability ;
Sympathy and empathy when interacting with colleagues and guests;
Principles and practices of autonomy, rigor, sense of responsibility and commitment;
Good knowledge of the city of Lisbon;
Immediate availability.
