In the prestigious Kempinski Palace Portorož and Kempinski Adriatic Istria Croatia we are looking for colleagues in reception.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Warmly welcoming guests and ensuring a smooth chcek-in and check-out process,
- Guiding and directing guests, providing information,
- Informing guests about hotel offers,
- Handling guests requests and complaints promptly and professionally,
- Maintaining up to date knowledge of room availability, rates and hotel services,
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready for arrival,
- Provide information about hotel facilities,
- Answer phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate departments and take messages when needed,
- Follow hotel policies, procedures and security standards.
Functievereisten
- Knowledge of foreign languages (English, German, Italian - English is mandatory plus one more.)
