• Working with the German market;
• Functions that contribute, in a decisive and visible manner, to customers having an excellent experience at the hotel, through advice, accompaniment and support, from arrival at the resort until departure;
• Advising customers on a highly interesting and differentiating range of services;
• Preparation of arrivals for the day;
• Telephone assistance;
• Shift change;
• Control of the resort's master keys, vehicles and safes;
• Preparation of the "check out control list" for the following day;
• Performing check outs and check ins of guests and agencies;
• Posting and control of vouchers;
• Processing and filing documents;
• Preparation of the daily information sheet of the restaurants in operation;
• Cashier closing;
• Reception of POS closures of outlets;
• Preparing accommodation statistics;
• Handling e-mails related to his function.

• Mastery of the German language;
• Strong knowledge of Luxury Hospitality;
• Experience as a Receptionist in 5 Star Hotels;
• Knowledge in "OPERA" Software;
• Strong taste for contact with the public
• Good communication skills
• Good communication skills; Good ability to coordinate and organise;
• Good presentation and friendliness;
• Fluency in the English Language;
• Basic knowledge of accounting;
• Basic knowledge of financial management.
