Description



Radiometer’s success in the future depends on our ability to develop and deliver total solutions. A vital part of the total solution is the IT products that allow our equipment to integrate to the hospital infrastructure.





As a part of the strategic initiative increase value-add to our customers. through better IT solutions, it is critical to start offering IT as services rather than monolithic platforms.





The job



To become successful and drive this transition, you need to be a strong technical leader. Your responsibilities and tasks will among others include:

•Translating high-level roadmap into feasible service-deliverables that can be executed

•Roadmap execution (development) of new services with a team in our India Development Center & local consultants

•In collaboration with stakeholders building the long-term roadmap for how to transition more of existing value-propositions into services





Qualifications

•MSc. in Engineering or similar technical background

•Solid and proven experience as a technical leader in the IoT / Cloud demail with ability to drive decisions

•Deep technical understanding of the field (architecture, technology choices, make/or buy etc.)

•3+ experience with leading software development teams and individuals

•Solid experience in working with development of Software Services and integration

•Experience in working with sub-contractors and/or India

•Experience in working with regulated products and understanding of data protection laws will be a benefit

•Experience in working with design control will be a benefit

•Fluent English – written and spoken

•Background as a technical expert is a must – hence “professional” level in most IT-tools
