Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall Quality Control work
  • Plan, implement, maintain, monitor and continuously improve the laboratory and quality processes to meet the requirements and expectations of the internal and external customers
  • Define and monitor the KPIs
  • Coordinate the interactions between the quality and the production departments
  • Analyse internal and external quality issues
  • Define the priorities and budgets necessary to maintain quality

 

Your profile:

  • You have 5 years of experience in an industrial Quality department
  • You have good knowledge of ISO system
  • Knowledge in the automotive industry requirements (FMEA, MSA, APQP, PPAP) is an asset
  • You are fluent in French and in English, German is an asset
  • You are an organised person with an analytical mindset
  • You demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • IT skills : Experience / knowledge of MS office (Access and/or Excel database, PowerPoint, word), statistical software (i.e. MiniTab)
  • You are ready to travel
