We are looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for handling cross disciplinary execution teams within our Facility Design area for our project portfolio in Kalundborg. The team in our Facility Design area consist of approx. 270 highly skilled employees and consultants working closely together with our colleagues in India.

How you might spend your days

As a Project Manager, you'll be working with a truly motivated and creative work environment, where you'll be:

• Taking the lead in ensuring the successful implementation of the facility part of the project portfolio in Kalundborg in close collaboration with facility disciplinary leads, construction management and other stakeholders.
• Responsible in ensuring the projects progress according to agreed time, cost and quality.
• Creating a motivational work environment and support the facility disciplines to stay on track and assist in resolving challenges during the construction phase.
• Taking part in building customer relationships and making sure project deliverables have the acquired quality.

In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:

• M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Engineering, Architect or B.Sc. Architectural Technology and Construction Management – or the like
• +5 years of experience in supervising execution of large buildings, e.g. Project Management or Senior Project Manager
• Experience from pharma, biotechnology or healthcare industries are preferred
• Profound knowledge of ABR/AB18 regulations
• You speak and write Danish and English
