In the business unit International, we mainly focus on fast-moving projects in which safety, quality and planning definitely are the top priorities of our clients. In partnership with our clients, suppliers and subcontractors, we constantly strive to deliver high-quality projects.
We are seeking to recruit a Project Leader International.

  • You develop and manage projects in Belgium by deploying people and resources.
  • You monitor the budgets in order to optimally realize the project within the set deadlines and budgets.
  • You closely follow-up on the execution deadlines and the construction site and order any necessary adjustments.
  • You monitor the procedures and executions within the framework of safety/quality/environment.
  • You have a commercial mindset.
  • You make correct and clear agreements with the client, your own people and the subcontractors and ensure that they are fulfilled.
  • You are in contact with various departments such as purchasing, calculations, dispatching and plants, etc.

In this position, you report to the head of department.

Functievereisten

Profile 
<ul> 
<li>You preferably have a degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent through experience.</li> 
<li>In this position, we expect a minimum of 10 years of experience as a project leader, preferably in concrete construction.</li> 
<li>You have a commercial mindset.</li> 
<li>Independent, stress resistant.</li> 
<li>You have excellent communication skills, have an excellent knowledge of English and you can express yourself in French.</li> 
<li>You have the appropriate sense of responsibility, the ability to work independently, attention for detail and flexibility in dealing with various tasks.</li> 
<li>You are cost-efficient and have an interest in contract management.</li> 
<li>You are willing to travel.</li> </ul>
