Job Description: The Plasterer is responsible for the works on:

  • external insulation
  • dry lining walls

 

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Apply coats of plaster to lath or masonry base with appropriate tools, guaranteeing a smooth and uniform finish with the use of floats and darbies
  • Create decorative textures with a variety of techniques, such as a plaster texture or the use of pebble spattering
  • Produce finished interior surfaces on ceilings, walls and partitions, according to verbal instructions, blueprints or drawings
  • Supervise mixing of plaster to desired consistency and prepare mortar
  • Install precast plaster ornamental work on walls and ceilings with mortar
  • Willingness to perform maintenance work

 

Education/Training

Plastering Experience essential. Safepass & Manual Handling required.
