ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be managing the payroll support and compliance functions, including the following areas:

  • Payroll Compliance - compliance overview and tracking, compliance audits, working with vendors to resolve any statutory issues

  • Special Projects - quality control including monitoring and managing exceptions, audits, changes in payrolls​, acquisitions​, ongoing transitions to service center​

  • People Management – managing a team of several Compliance Specialists and Project Specialists

  • Data Management - managing master data integration and other variable data flows and data-level exceptions, payroll accounting

  • Trainings - develop and conduct trainings for the Payroll organization in EMEA region

     

A FEW THINGS YOU’RE AN EXPERT AT

  • You are talented, capable with an experience within audit / compliance area gained in an international organization

  • You have at least 3 years of experience at the similar role, excellent attention to detail, strong work ethic, organizational, communication and problem solving skills

  • You are able to work in professional and confidential capacity in fast paced, deadline driven environment

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must
