Partner Experience Advisor - German Speaker (m/f)
Your main tasks
- Provide account support to the Customers in accordance with customer
- Segmentation offerings
- Actively support Customers from pre-book to post-booking operations
- Development of reports and coordination of Processes, Tools and business flow improvements
- Identify Customer and Sales Process, Tools and Training opportunities
- Representation of Customers among cross-functional teams
- Responsible of a set of projects and initiatives which require cross functional partnerships
- Maintaining high level of Customer satisfaction
- Supporting Customer KPI’s and metrics of process improvement
Our profile of preference
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in German
- Colleague (university) degree
- 2 to 3 years of business experience in sales administration, business support
- Good communication and interpersonal, problem solving as well as decision making skills
- Reliable, responsible, self-driven, result orientated personality
- Ability to deliver results in cross cultural and virtual organizations and to work with remote management model
- Understanding of “business support” function in a proactive way
- Good Excel skills (mandatory)
- Ability to learn new software and tools rapidly
