ProjectBinder is looking for a new colleague with experience in OT security. You will become a key player in an ambitious team, where you’ll have opportunities for growth and get to work with exciting clients in the pharmaceutical, energy, and manufacturing sectors.

What you will do

As an OT Security Advisor at ProjectBinder, you’ll work with clients across various industries, including pharmaceuticals and manufacturing. You’ll be responsible for designing, planning, and ensuring IT/OT security for ProjectBinder’s clients. You are expected to have experience with OT security on both an operational and strategic level. 

You will be part of a newly established department and work closely with colleagues specialising in IT/OT infrastructure. The role requires you to work independently and be part of an interdisciplinary team. Therefore, it’s a plus if you listen well, are eager to learn and share knowledge, and are driven to deliver high-quality work.

What you bring

You thrive in a role with a broad range of contacts, both inside and outside the company. You approach your tasks in a structured way and strive to deliver high-quality work with attention to detail. You are comfortable making decisions—even the tough ones. Your colleagues will always be ready to support you, and the same is expected from you. Strong collaboration skills are essential.

You have experience in an advisory or consultancy role or something similar. You possess strong communication skills and can serve as a link between IT and OT. Experience from regulated industries is a plus, but not a requirement.

We imagine you recognise yourself in one or more of the following:

• Education in Computer Science, Engineering, or another relevant field.
• One or more of the following certifications: CISM, GICSP, or ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity.
• Experience with cybersecurity risk management.
• Experience with security assessment tools.
• Professional-level English.

Additionally, it is an advantage if you have experience in the following areas:

• Developing and implementing OT cybersecurity strategies.
• Performing risk analyses and advising on existing environments.
• Leading and supporting new projects.
• Developing and drafting cybersecurity requirements for clients and stakeholders.
• Evaluating and assessing OT infrastructure and architecture.
