Operational Buyer

We are looking for someone who has experience within civil works and infrastructure to join DEME procurement.



As Category Buyer Civil Works, you will be responsible for the procurement of civil services within the DEME group.

Your responsibilities:

• You will take the lead in sourcing tenders, select suppliers, conclude, maintain and monitor agreements
• Develop and manage a network of reliable and stable suppliers
• You develop strong partnership with operational departments and budget owners
• You ensure that contracts are being executed accordingly and will take appropriate actions when needed

• Master's degree in (Civil) Engineering, and/or Applied Economics Business Engineer, or equal by experience;
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a procurement role or management of projects & operations in construction or civil works;
• Master in negotiations and focus on result
• Fluent in English
