Offset Printing Machine Operator

Employee will operate an offset printing machine, performing printing tasks according to production requirements. The position offers on-the-job training for those without prior experience. Duties include preparing materials for printing, setting up the machine, monitoring print quality, performing minor adjustments, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and production schedules.

• Lower vocational education or equivalent
• No prior work experience required; on-the-job training provided
• Basic understanding of Slovenian (reading, writing, speaking)
• Ability to follow instructions and learn technical tasks quickly
• Manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Reliability, responsibility, and punctuality
• Ability to work full-time, morning shift, 40 hours per week
• Willingness to work with printing machinery and maintain workplace safety

• Previous experience in printing or graphic production
• Familiarity with offset printing machines and equipment
• Knowledge of color matching and print quality control
• Basic mechanical or technical skills
• Experience working in a workshop or production environment
• Ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues
• Interest in developing a career in printing and graphic production

• Permanent employment contract after probation period (3 months)
