Do you want your impact to be greater, better, wider? As our Regional Market Insight Manager, you will advance the field of consumer insights and market research not only within Novozymes Food & Health, but also further the cause for healthier, more sustainable living for a growing populace. 

 

Welcome to Food & Health Customer Co-Creation 

In our new and ambitious Food & Health Customer Co-Creation unit, we help our customers develop food and beverage products and dietary supplements that appeal to modern consumer demands. We are a dynamic and collaborative organization that works Agile and with consumer product prototyping to design and construct new concepts with customers.  

 

In this role you’ll make an impact by: 

• Managing and supporting the insights generation going into co-creation sessions and innovation processes with our customers. 
• Being an active player in shaping co-creation sessions by creating research content and designing final storylines and presentations. 
• Being the go-to person for the European commercial region when it comes to research and insights by proactively staying connected across markets, industries, the Global Market Insights team and other internal stakeholders.     
• Creating Insights with existing databases, syndicated data, the global network, but also customized market research and consumer insights that you will run from start to end.   
• Actively participating in transforming Novozymes to become more insight driven by being part of the global Market Insights team. 
• Shaping Novozymes’ product development on defining attractive consumer benefits and claims, together with our regulatory and product development teams. And of course, all verified through insights.  

To succeed you must hold: 

• A master’s degree in Marketing or Business and possess 5-7 years of relevant experience in a market insight position. For example, in FMCG, Food science, Food ingredient business. Maybe combined with research agency experience.  
• Experienced with qualitative and quantitative consumer insight 
• Experienced with consumer product innovation processes and the insight generation behind 
• Be a talented insight storyteller with a proven track record in documenting innovation opportunities  
• Solid business mindset and logic when transforming data to support commercial activities 
• A mindset where you: 

           - Draw pleasure in employing skilled communication – both written and oral – to lay the groundwork for meaningful and long-term customer relationships 

           - Work both collectively and independently, thriving in the evolving nature of Agile WoW 

           - Get a buzz out of collaborating with multiple sets of internal and external stakeholders from diverse backgrounds 

           - Reimagining the future of healthy food makes you jump out of bed in the morning 

           - This position craves a dynamic and sociable person with a lets-do-it-together attitude – whether you’re calling the shots or taking the occasional backseat.

This job will be located at Novozymes, Lyngby.
