Messaging Operations Specialists

who will be responsible for providing daily operational support to a global Microsoft Exchange 2007/2010 mail infrastructure and Microsoft OCS/Lync and Sendmail appliances.

The job:

System management and upkeep of the production environment.

Problem diagnosis, troubleshooting, escalation and notification.

Run book documentation – inventories, problem resolution processes, documentation.

Testing of server upgrades and patch deployment.

The requirements:

MSc or BSc degree in computer science, engineering or related technical field.

Good command of English.

Experience with Exchange 2007/2010.

Experience with OCS 2007 R2.

Experience with Microsoft Lync 2010/2013.

Sendmail experience.

Windows 2003/2008 server management skills.

Active Directory admin skills.

Generic Scripting skills.

Some Exchange architecture skills

Some SQL query language skills.

Some knowledge of LDAP/SMTP.
