Leisure Centre Supervisor
The Role
· To ensure the smooth running of the Leisure Centre operation.
· Ensure the best levels of customer care within the property.
· Support the Leisure Centre Manager with employee training and development, employee engagement and any HR items.
· To help implement and maintain the highest standard operating procedures for all service areas.
· To liaise with the General Manager and Leisure Centre manager regarding all operational issues.
· Drive sales and role model exemplary customer service at all items
The Candidate:
· A Proven track record in the running of a busy Leisure Club
· Fitness Teacher qualification (NCEF qualification or equivalent)
· Experience in teaching group exercise classes
· Lifeguard Qualification an advantage
· Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
· Thorough understanding of the operation of a pool and plant room (Qualification an advantage)
· Strong leadership skills and could develop a leisure team
· An approachable personality paired with effective communication skills and will excel in building new relationships with the team and its members
