Gostilna Lečnik is a fourth-generation family restaurant with a tradition since 1919. We specialize in authentic Slovenian cuisine, combining tradition, quality ingredients, and a strong hospitality culture.
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Kitchen Assistant (m/w) to support daily kitchen operations. This is an excellent entry or mid-level opportunity for candidates who want to develop their career in the hospitality industry.
Functievereisten
- Assist with basic food preparation (washing, peeling, cutting ingredients)
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and workstations
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools
- Support chefs during service and preparation
- Store and organize food and deliveries properly
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Een pre om te hebben
- Basic food safety or hygiene certificate (e.g., HACCP/Food Handling)
- Basic knowledge of German or English language
- Hospitality or kitchen‑related training (optional, not mandatory)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
