WHO WE ARE
We are a startup founded by a mix of engineers and designers with a passion for developing products that have a direct impact on people’s lives. In 2014 we introduced Findster, the first GPS tracker without monthly fees. The project was successfully funded on Indiegogo, with more than 1200 backers from over 50 countries. Since then, we’ve come a long way - the latest version of our pet tracker, Findster Duo+, is currently being used daily in over 80 countries.
Besides being part of the European Space Agency (ESA) incubation program, since 2016 we’re also alumni of HAX - the world’s #1 Hardware Startup accelerator.

WE WANT SOMEONE TO
- - Build reusable code and libraries for future use
- - Optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability
- - Implement security and data protection
- - Translate UI/UX wireframes to visual elements
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS
- - Understanding of web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
- - Understanding of CSS changes to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers
- - Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
- - Understanding of differences between multiple delivery platforms (such as mobile vs desktop), and ability
to optimize the output to match the specific platform
- - Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, ability to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an
image.
- - Familiarity with tools such as as Gimp or Photoshop is a plus
NICE TO HAVE
- - Design the overall architecture of the web application
- - Implement a robust set of services and APIs to power the web application
