JUNIOR FRONT OFFICE AGENT_SI
The Junior Front Office Agent will be our visiting card, welcoming guests and ensuring a memorable experience from the moment they arrive. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a strong commitment to service, excellent communication skills, and a strong knowledge of foreign languages.

- Manage check-in and check-out procedures with precision and courtesy;
- Provide information on the exclusive services of the estate, including the restaurant, wine bar, and tastings;
- Anticipate guests' needs, managing requests and resolving any issues with expertise;
- Collaborate with other departments (particularly housekeeping and catering) to ensure a high and coordinated standard of service;
- Update and manage the hotel management system;
- Help maintain an elegant and welcoming atmosphere in our reception area.
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken) is a prerequisite. Proficiency in Portuguese will be considered an advantage.
