This is also the case in Schönebeck (Elbe): Here, our business partner would like to strengthen its team and is currently looking for an employee in the IT helpdesk. - Support of production-related systems such as servers, DB, installations, services, production data acquisition, data backup, updates, etc.
- Processing of inquiries and faults as 1st and 2nd level support
- Commissioning of new IT workstations, machines and measuring equipment
- Close exchange with colleagues in the local IT team and local technical departments
- Collaboration with colleagues in central functions in Liechtenstein and Hungary
- Coordination of external service providers
- Support with digitization projects in the production environment
