IT Analyst (Logistics)

We are a leading Spanish company in end-to-end Supply Chain Management, operating in over 20 countries with more than 12,000 employees. We are currently looking for an IT Logistics Analyst to join our corporate headquarters in Zaragoza, Spain.

In this role, you will:

• Analyze and optimize logistics business processes, primarily focused on land transport, with additional knowledge in air and sea transport being a plus.
• Implement and manage TMS (Transport Management Systems) to enhance operational efficiency.
• Translate internal and external client requirements into effective IT solutions.
• Oversee transport and goods traceability, ensuring compliance with production requirements.
• Support IT Project Managers in project tracking and development.
• Identify and evaluate new technologies to improve logistics operations.
• Contribute to solution proposals for both new and existing clients.
• Stay up to date with tech trends such as AI, real-time traceability, and control towers.
• Use Business Intelligence tools to support data-driven decision-making.

• Proven experience in logistics or land transport business processes.
• Hands-on experience with TMS solutions.
• Strong analytical skills to translate business needs into IT solutions.
• Experience in transport traceability and compliance.
• Collaboration with IT Project Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies in logistics.
• Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools.
• Intermediate to high level of English (spoken and written).
• Availability to travel (5%–25%).
• Strong soft skills: effective communication, teamwork, problem-solving, adaptability, critical thinking, time management, attention to detail, customer orientation.

• Programming knowledge in .NET.
• Experience with databases.
• Familiarity with Navision (General Services Analyst).
