The internship will give you the opportunity to:

Internship opportunities are available in the following department:

 

  • KITCHEN

 

The internship will cover all aspects of kitchen operations including but not limited to assisting in buffet and a la carte setting, working with new techniques, insight into high performance kitchens, cooking with professional chefs, experiencing various cuisines, helping colleagues etc.

 

The candidates should have:

  • Good command of English.
  • Passion about cooking.
  • Drive to perform well and learn new things.
  • Team spirit and pleasant personality.
  • Energy and enthusiasm with great communication skills.
  • Natural flair for first class service and hospitality.
  • EU or Swiss nationality.
