Personal profile & qualifications
We are looking for a person with vast Power industry knowledge working in a turbine manufacturing company or from promoting and selling solutions to this customer group. You are capable to translate customer insight to a high level relations:
by securing an optimized product offering toward international customer organization
by involving customer into product development
by optimizing supply chain
by being trustworthy and alert speaking partner

This is an ideal opportunity to utilize your capabilities of working both on operational and strategic level and be responsible for increasing our customer share by working with wide product mix.
You are self-driven, result oriented and a true team player with courage to do things differently. You have technical university degree and minimum 10 years work expirience. We expect you to be commercially driven, have a focus on communication and networking and finding ways to optimize customer and Alfa Laval value chain. Your english is fluent and you have good cultural awareness.
Responsibilities
Develop Turbine Manufacturer business plan
Drive promotion and sales of existing and new technologies
Develop long term relations with this customer group
Increase focus on Turbine Manufacturers by working in close cooperation with Sales Companies, Engineering & Supply, Product Management, Service and Operations
International coordination and share best practicies
Practicalities
You will be based either in Soborg, Denmark or Lund, Sweden. In this position you will be travelling globally around 60-70 days/year.
